Building Better Citizens for America presented Stars and Stripes - Vets and Cadets to honor our veterans and to support Marin's Air Force JROTC. Guest speaker was Dr. Scott "Doc" Horowitz, Air Force Col. (ret.) and Shuttle Astronaut (Discovery, Atlantis, Columbia).
