At the end of her heat race on Friday, Rare Bear declared a Mayday because her right landing gear wouldn't deploy.  After several minutes of circling and trying high-G turns in an effort to lower the gear, she finally managed to get the gear down and landed safely.  Camera shutter speed for this shot was set at 1/1250 sec. in an attempt to capture a sharp photo...hence the frozen prop.
